How to Book

To Book Your Tour you need to pay 50% of the total tour cost as an advance payment either by Visa, Master Card via our Secure Server or via Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account. Once you submit the advance payment we will update you with your travel arrangements. Balance 50% can even be paid by you upon either on your arrival or after we update you with all the travel arrangements.


Cancellation

We would sincerely regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, but we understand that there are many causes that this can take place. Cancellation must be informed to us in writing through mail. Below Cancellation charges will apply -
(A) 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of the advance deposited
(B) Between 90 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 75% of the advance deposited
(C) 30 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND

General Booking Conditions

Passports and Visas - You are required to make sure that your passport, visa and other travel documents are in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your travel. .
International and Domestic air bookings - Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the duty of the tourist. It is the responsibility of the tourist to let us know if there is any change in the timings of the flight and number.
Travel Insurance - We advise to all tourists that they should arrange insurance cover against accidents, health issues, missed flight links, loss of baggage etc. for their whole journey earlier before their arrival in India.
Amendments to confirmed arrangements - Indo Royal Holidays provides custom-made tour packages to the clients. The cost of the tour planning of the clients is subject to the chances of modifications and surcharges which are out of our control and might take place in association with governmental act, currency exchange rate variation and rise in prices. While Indo Royal Holidays will use its top endeavors to offer all tours as confirmed, necessary alterations in the itinerary might be done with or without notice if considered essential or advisable by our team members.

If you want to make any changes in your itinerary then please feel free to contact us or send us an e-mail regarding the changes you wish to make in the itinerary we will prepare a modified itinerary as per your requirements.
Responsibility - Indo Royal Holidays is not be responsible for any damage or loss to person, property in association with changes in weather conditions, failing of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other establishment, unrests, civil disturbances, outbreaks, wars whether declared or not, strikes, thefts, quarantines, medical rules, terrorist deeds, customs rules or any other acts, omissions or circumstances which is not in our control. Neither Indo Royal Holidays nor any of its associates is responsible for any other expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tourists due to the above mentioned reasons.
