Introduction

The Terms and Conditions define how a user interacts with our services and defined the company’s stand on the said usage of service. This document governs the relationship a customer have with our services. Upon acceptance, a user will by default be agreeing to all the clauses mentioned below..

Tour Price:

Tour Price: The tour price may change depending on how many people join the trip.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
  • Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the journey begins.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 days before the journey will be eligible for a partial refund, deducting administrative charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the journey are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, refunds will be provided based on vendor policies.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Travelers must carry valid identity proof (Aadhar, Passport, or any government-approved ID).
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documents and permits required for certain locations.
  • Any additional charges incurred due to lack of documents or non-compliance with local regulations will be borne by the traveler.

Itinerary & Service Modifications

  • Great Bera Yatra reserves the right to change tour itineraries due to weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services, including accommodation, transport, or sightseeing.
  • Any additional costs due to delays, strikes, or unforeseen events will be the responsibility of the traveler.
  • Health & Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the journey, especially for high-altitude destinations.
  • We are not liable for any medical emergencies during the trip. It is recommended to carry personal medications and consult a doctor before traveling.
  • Travelers must follow all safety guidelines provided by our team and local authorities.
  • Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and follow local customs during the journey.
  • Any misconduct, including causing inconvenience to fellow travelers or damaging property, may lead to removal from the tour without any refund.
  • Children’s Privacy

    Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
